THERE IS A SCAM BEING SENT THROUGH EMAIL REQUESTING YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD. DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL. DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY. ANY EMAILS WHICH REQUEST PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, ETC. SHOULD NOT BE RESPONDED TO AND SHOULD BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY.
1st NLTC Newsletter to be emailed in March.
Our first newsletter will be emailed in March to everyone that signs up. The sign up is located on the left-hand side of the home page under the section titled ‘NLTC Newsletter’. The newsletters will be emailed quarterly. The topics of our first newsletter will include introduction of our new website, tips for keeping kids safe on the internet, tips for trouble shooting common computer problems, phone tips, a survey for future newsletter topics and much more! Make sure you sign up! You won’t want to miss keeping in touch with your friends at NLTC!
Pay your bill with online bill pay!
Effective February 1st you may pay online using one of the following methods:
♦ One-time payment by Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit/debit card
♦ One-time payment by electronic check
♦ Automatic monthly payment by any of the payment types listed above
To take advantage of this service, you’ll need to do the following:
♦ Click on the “Pay My Bill” link
♦ Click “Continue” at the welcome screen
♦ “Register Now” using the information below
o Account number = the 10-digit number that appears on your bill
o Security code = 430 + last 4 digits of your phone number
♦ Create user ID and password
♦ Follow the onscreen instructions to make your payment.
Your login account also allows for viewing of statement copies, checking payment history and enrolling for paperless billing.

New Spam Filter and Email Applications coming soon
In the coming weeks, make sure you check the NLTC website for instructions on how to use the new Email Spam filter. The filter will give our email users a greater level of control over those unwanted SPAM emails. Also coming soon is our new Email application with more features!
