Q. I have got a couple Error 404 File not found errors.
A. We are finishing up the new site. Bare with us for a couple weeks
during this transition. If they continue, let us know.
Q. I am getting an Error 500 trying to use the WebMail.
A. We are looking into that and it should be fixed soon.
Q. What are tech support hours?
A. Technical support is available 23x7.
Q. Does NLTC offer webspace for personal home pages?
A. Yes, 5 meg, no cost. Instructions will be available online soon.
Q. What is NLTC's WebMail
A. WebMail is a web-based E-Mail reader. It allows you to
view, delete, reply to, and compose new E-Mail. It does not store E-Mail, but
pulls it directly from the Mail server and leaves it on the mail server for
later retrival by your standard client program, like Outlook Express. WebMail
is not intended to be a full time E-Mail client and will never work as such.
It is only to be used as a temporary means of viewing your E-Mail while you
are away from your PC.

Q. I can't get any better than 33.6 speeds.
A. Do you have a 56k account? Are you dialing the correct number? Is you modem
56k? If yes, try removing any line splitters and surge protectors. Make sure
you have the latest modem drivers. Call Support.
Q. Can I pay my bill online?
A. Not at this time. You need to call the office during normal business hours
Q. I can't get me E-Mail.
A. Can you get online and surf? If not, it is a dialup issue, not and E-Mail
problem. If you can get online. Make sure your incoming mail server is
mail.nltc.net . Remove and replace your username and password. If it
continues, call support.
