SPAM Information and Prevention
NLTC is pro-active in our efforts to reduce SPAM. NLTC maintains a blacklist of
known spammers and irresponsible bulk mailers. We reserve the right to block any and
all incoming e-mail determined, in our opinion, to be SPAM, from entering our network.
NLTC's mail server uses the filter services of ORDB
(Open Relay Database) and SPAMHAUS to prevent
e-mail from known spammers and spam relays from entering our network.
NLTC uses Comteck's Mail Guardian to help you
filter unwanted e-mail.

NLTC SPAM/UCE Policy
Spam (unsolicited commercial e-mail) is an email message which is usually, but not
necessarily, sent for commercial purposes, that you send to someone, individually or
in bulk, when they did not ask for it.
There are many kinds of spamming. Posting irrelevant messages on newsgroups, usenet,
message board, chat sites, forums, direct E-mail, etc.
We have zero tolerance towards spam, if you spam, your NLTC Account may be terminated,
with NO REFUND.
If we have to spend time investigating a complaint against you, and it was determined
that you were spamming, you will be billed $50.00 per hour for our trouble.
If criminal or civil action is brought against you for spamming, we will assist the
authorities with their investigation, to the fullest extent of the law.
